Yes, this does work with the Premiere. According to TiVo's online specifications it works with: TiVo BOLT, TiVo Roamio and Roamio Plus or Pro, TiVo Premiere 4 and XL4/Elite, TiVo Roamio OTA

Some of them. From the specs page it lists "TiVo Premiere 4 and XL4/Elite". I'm almost certain there's also a 2 tuner Premiere, and that won't work. Possibly because while using the Mini it takes up one of the tuners while in use, apparently-and possibly for other reasons.
