• Hitting info while on a show will bring up a small description screen on the lower half of the screen. Use the arrow keys to move the highlighted field to the Left. Then navigate down to the closed captioning option. Other option may be under the 'settings' menu from "My Tivo" screen.

• Hit the "info" button (below live tv) and go down to CC toggle it off with select.

• To get closed captioning just hit the "info" button and scroll down to the "CC" area and "Select." To close closed captioning, just do the same thing. Hit the "info" button and scroll down to the "CC" area and "Select."

• Just hold down the B key while watching. It toggles cc on/off
