• Wow, you've got 49 channels you're pulling in? That's awesome! (I think I'm basically getting 13 channels.) Anyway yeah, the OTA model only works with over the air broadcasts, and would let you record anything you're getting now. I think service is more like $15/month or $150/year though? But anyway yeah it should work great.

• The basic Roamio has an HD antenna connection and WiFi connectivity. So yes, it will work for your situation quite nicely. Enjoy!
