It should. It worked with TIVO XL which was a generation before Premiere. They will find each other via network or using MOCA protocol over coax. If you have good wireless home network you can see your shows on FireTV stick also. NAme your Tivo boxes and you will find them under My Shows / Devices. Premiere look may differ if you did not receive the upgraded HD menu.
