Will this accessory fit in a 2002 Acura MDX? null

As long as you have a windshield or somewhere to mount it inside the car, YES. Also need either a 12V lighter plug or a USB plug insert inside the car. But yes, these devices are pretty much universal in the vehicles that they can be used inside of.
