“is this tv closed capition with DVD's? our daughter is hearing impaired so uses her closed caption all the time. Sometimes when she is watching dvd's, even though the dvd says it has closed capitioning, it doesn't link with the tv.”

• I'm not sure. As far as I know all DVD players have cc option in them, so it won't matter if the TV does or not.

• You should select closed caption in the TV video set-up.
