Q: QuestionHow do you switch from wide screen to full screen? We have exhausted the settings menu. Any setting that expands to fit the screen cuts off part of the picture.

• A:Answer On top of the actual TV settings, you also have to calibrate your cable box to it's optimal format. When I set my TV up, I went into the cable box settings and formatted it for 1080p, full screen. Then I scrolled through the TV settings until the best possible picture was there. None of the picture is cut off.

Q: QuestionI purchased this TV to connect to our xfinity X1 system and our Slingbox to be able to view this TV on our laptop or other device (tablet, etc). The Slingbox can now only be viewed when our TV is on and there is a picture on the TV screen, Any ideas?

• A:Answer I can honestly say that I am not sure if it does have this feature you are looking for, but I have had my XBox One S Battlefield 1 edition connected to this TV and the picture quality was amazing. The console quickly detected that it was connected to a 4K capable screen and auto asked if I wanted to switch to 4K. Best TV I have ever bought and have been enjoying watching Movies and playing Games off it. I have been tempted on getting a second one and using it as a monitor if the refresh rate is over 60hz

Q: QuestionI just bought this, thought it was a great deal, but when watching movies via chromcast it appears that all the dark scenes are very washed out looking, almost like the brightness is coming through? My plasma and other LCD's in home are much clearer.

• A:Answer Yes. As long as the content you are trying to stream is 4k, it will display 4k. Bear in mind, if you plan to watch this TV (or any other 4k 50inch TV) from a distance greater than 6feet, you will not notice the significant difference in 4k vs FHD. Also, while streaming a 4k youtube video, I see buffering sometimes, but we exploit my 25Mbps wifi. If you have a better one, it shouldn't be a problem.
