• No. The mounting brackets and screws should come with the case. One of the old Dell’s I had, had extra brackets on the inside of the case.

• It doesn't come with anything except the bare hard drive. No screws, no mounts, no caddies. You'll need to purchase those separately.

• TOSHIBA X300 DESKTOP INTERNAL HARD DRIVE came barebone: no cables, no screws and no mounting brackets. (Had to use my own cables and screws; case had sort of mounting brackets.)
