QuestionI have the 55 inch of this model and i tried to use my remote and it wouldn’t turn in the tv. Then i unplugged it and now it won’t come on at all, the light won’t even come on. Does it sound like maybe a chord issue or something internal?

- Answer Hey Mack, Yes, I would first check and make sure everything is connected. Using a universal remote can sometimes affect the signal from the original set. I would try to disconnect everything, use the original remote and see if it works, disconnecting everything resets the tv. Hope this helps.

QuestionJust purchased this and the sound and video aren’t linked up. There seems to be a 5-10sec delay of sound from video that is played on all apps or programs. So if watching the mouth movement are not linking up to the sound. What is wrong? Network is fine

- Answer Could be what you are watching on the tv, i.e movie or a particular channel. I say to change the channel to see if the issue still occurs or restart your cable if that is what you are using.

QuestionI recently was experiencing a lag in the performance on the tv an it keep redirecting itself to other apps an stations while in the of watching something..So I hit factory reset and now it stuck on the select a language screen and I can't select anything

- Answer First check the batteries in the remote they may not be any good. And try pairing the remote with the TV simple steps in the setup. That doesn't work contact Best Buy
