QuestionPurchased TV today and setup went fine til we got to 'channel selection'. The TV is connected to wifi and physically connects to our cable box, but cannot locate one single channel. Also connected an HD cable and rebooted as well..

- Answer Had a TERRIBLE time trying to get this Toshiba connected to my cable network. It took THREE trips by the Geek squad to finally get it done properly. Every time I would go to "cable", it would give me a "no signal detected"......as a consequence, I was unable to use this T.V. for over one week! I was BEYOND frustrated, to say the least.

- Answer This TV has the capabilities of the firetv box, but is better. All content is on one page. Hit the guide, and everything from playstation vue and antenna tv is on one page. the Alexa commands work without fail. It upscales just fine. This is a great TV. If one of our other TVs goes, we will buy one just like this to replace that TV. It is so easy to use and the picture is fantastic.

- Answer Apple TV works great with this tv! I actually have the newest generation of Apple TV plugged into this tv and it recognized the tv was 4K and supported HDR and asked if I wanted to turn HDR on for the Apple TV. I did and it looks great! As far as weight I am not sure but I carried the tv up two flight of stairs by myself and set it up and put it on the tv stand by myself. Hope this helps.

- Answer If I’m not mistaken in your settings there is a setting for lip sync. By using this setting you can adjust the audio to Match the Vido properly

QuestionPurchased this tv just 13 months ago and it was great until now. It suddenly stopped working properly, it responds with long delays between functions when clicking the remote, wont load any shows, sporadic menu operations even. It was not bumped. Help!
