You can do it yourself. I am having the same issue with mine. My first Toshiba had to be replaced because it developed a HUGE white cloud on the screen and now this one turns off about 3-4 times a day. Frustrating the heck outta us. I want to return it but im out of my 15 days by 1 day and they would not make the exchange.
You can update the firmware at the Toshiba support site listed on back of the remote.

A:AnswerI also purchased this TV and the ARC does not work for me, I have followed the Manual, the HDMI CEC is turned on and I am connecting this to an LG Soundbar (SH5B) HDMI ARC port. I ended up connecting it via Optical cable. I have also changed HDMI cables just to make sure it's not the cable and still no sound.
A:Answeryou have to pay for the top level membership of netflix in order to display 4k. I haven't figured out how to access 4k on amazon. I did learn that amazon will not cast from an ipad or iphone, and my chromebook only casts amazon with picture, but no sound.
