• Yes you can. When you boot up your computer hit F12 and youl enter ther boot up menu screen. Use the arrow keys to toggle over to boot. Select the usb drive and then save and exit.

• it should work as long as the stuff is put on the drive and it is plugged into your computer.

• As long as your system has the ability within the BIOS to be configured to boot from a USB device, you can use this drive as your primary disk drive.
