• I do not think this model can be upgraded from the 2 gig of memory. I was worried about this also but found that it runs fine with the 2 gig of ram. I can tell you that it boots really fast and is really light weight.

• you cannot upgrade to 4GB - it is very fast and since it uses SSD you don't really notice that it has only 2GB for most programs

• No usable replaceable memory modules on board. Msata can be upgraded only.

• According to the manufacture website. 2GB DDR3L 1600MHz (Memory is not user replaceable).
