- Answer I do not think this model can be upgraded from the 2 gig of memory. I was worried about this also but found that it runs fine with the 2 gig of ram. I can tell you that it boots really fast and is really light weight.

- Answer Yes, you can. I do it all the time. The first time you do it, you will need to wait for the printer to send some information to your computer, which could take a few minutes. After that just plug the USB cable in and your printer will connect almost instantly.

QuestionCan the solid state drive be upgraded?Can the solid state drive be upgraded to a 500gb one or is it non user accessible and need to be turned in to technicians for it to be swapped or replaced?

- Answer Yes the Solid State Disk drive is easily accessible by removing 10 screws holding the whole back panel on. You must then carefully pry the cover off. The mSATA solid state disk drive is held on by only one screw. For my needs 128 GB is more than enough space and if I needed more I would use an external disk drive through the USB ports. The included SSD is fast. I was very disappointed though that the DDR3L RAM is too hard to get to. It is hidden by some internal boards that I did not want to risk removing. Too bad because 8 GB of DDR3L RAM can be purchased for only $40 and would make this machine much faster. I may take the risk after I remove all of the bloatware.

QuestionHow does this laptop handle Youtube, Netflix, etc?Can it stream 1080p videos on Youtube without stuttering? If not, can it stream 720p videos without stuttering? How does Netflix do?

This laptop will handle YouTube and Netflix streaming videos just fine but keep in mind that your Internet connection speeds will have a significant impact on the streaming experience. Also, the display featured in this laptop is 1366 x 768 native resolution so it will not support 1080p videos in their native format. - Answer I upgraded it to windows 10 myself. Its easy just update the computer, then go to the Microsoft website and download the version (I think its 64 bit) double check by right clicking this PC and clicking on properties. You will know the version. It takes about half an hour.

Questioncan this laptop be upgraded to be touchscreen?there seems to be a very similar laptop to this one example: Model: CL15T-B1204 SKU: 8770302 they seem to look exactly the same in store and online. I was wondering if it is possible to change this laptop into a touchscreen. or if it would be easier to just buy the other and install a hardrive with more space.
