• Yes. When I set up the laptop, there was a screen that asked me to accept or reject the opportunity to reserve a free upgrade for Windows 10 once it is available.

• Yes. One of the questions while setting up is asking you if you want to be notified and upgraded with 10 is released.

• When I booted up the computer it asked me to reserve a copy of windows 10.
