- Answer Nope. This is hard wired into the motherboard. Even if it was possible, the cost of drive and installation would easily move you up to a much better laptop.

- Answer I am not sure of the maximum size. That info should be on the Dell website. I tried out a 32gb class 10 card using a micro SD adapter and it worked fine, but it stuck out of the computer a quarter of an inch which surprised me. It actually uses a full size SD card but smaller cards can be used with an adapter. You can load apps into the internal memory, but the amount of available internal memory is very small. Someone wanting to bring movies on vacation would want to put the movies on an SD card rather than into internal memory.

- Answer Only via an adapter. There is a SD card slot on the left side. Your other options are USB.

QuestionHow to activatuate Office 365? Where's the activation code?The BestBuy site says this Toshiba laptop has one year of Office 365 included. How do I activate it? I bought a HP Stream before and the office activation code was in a package already inside the laptop's packaging box. There is none in the this Toshiba laptop's box. THANKS.

- Answer Click on any of the office application tiles and Office 365 goes through an installation process. You have to have an internet connection. I had no trouble getting this installed. Additionally, you get 1TB cloud storage on OneDrive for installing Office 365. There is no charge until the 12 month period is over, then you can select to continue (for a fee) or decline the service.
