I used Windows 7 prior to purchasing this product. At first I found it a bit confusing using Windows10 but had a friend recommend downloading the Windows 7 classic shell setup 4_2_5 from cnet.com which let me see the start menu with the old familiar names for files, etc. that I was used to seeing. For me that was the perfect solution and I'm happy I did that. Perhaps that would be a possible solution for you.
