Q: Is the System Memory (RAM) Upgradable?

Q: RAM Upgrade
A: This laptop has two memory slots. One is filled with a Kingston Technology 4GB 1600MHz DDR3L PC3-12800 1.35V Non-ECC CL11 SODIMM. I bought a second one on Amazon for $19 plus tax (http://amzn.com/B00CQ35GYE). Note that even with two RAM modules, this laptop will only operate in single-channel mode, which restricts GPU performance to half of what it could/should be. Installation is quick and easy. Just remove the 12 screws from the underside of the laptop, remove the battery, and gently pull off the plastic back. Note that you will need to reset the time in the BIOS after unplugging the battery.
Q: Does this laptop come with Microsoft office preloaded
A: There is a limited time package of Microsoft 360 that comes with the laptop free for 6 months then you must pay to have it installed.
Q: Where can I find the drivers?
A: Most drivers are part of Windows 10. Video drivers can be downloaded from www.amd.com.
Q: can it be upgraded to ssd and ram?
A: RAM is definitely upgradable (see reviews and responses to other questions). Hard drive certainly looks upgradable to a SSD. Removing the back of the laptop to access RAM and HD is very easy. Just remove the 12 screws and carefully pry off the back. Goes back on with no trouble.
