We recommend ensuring the latest official driver is installed, which can be downloaded from our website here: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-t6e/#Driver We also suggest connecting via the 5GHz band, which offers higher bandwidth and lower latency, as long as your router supports 5GHz and is providing sufficient signal. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I recommend you use an online ping test tool to experiment with your connection. If you get noticeable pink spikes try using the same online tool on your phone and see if you still get the spikes. If you do, then the problem is not from the adapter. Instead, you should call your ISP and ask the technician to reset your modem/router. I had crazy lag spikes and after hours of troubleshooting, it turned out my modem's software was out of date and needed an update by my ISP. Also, make sure you are connected to 5Ghz frequency and not 2.4Ghz. Hope this helps!
