If you want to replace your existing Wi-Fi 6 Deco with a new Wi-Fi 7 Deco system, while retaining your network settings, you can conveniently achieve this via the Deco app by following these steps:
1. Add one of the new Wi-Fi 7 Decos to your existing Deco network. The app will automatically configure it with your existing settings.
2. Use the app to designate one of the new Wi-Fi 7 Decos as the main unit and replace your old main Deco with it.
3. Remove your Wi-Fi 6 Deco satellite nodes, and add your remaining Wi-Fi 7 nodes as new satellites.
The above steps will ensure your network settings are carried over to the new Wi-Fi 7 system, and can be easily done from the Deco app.
