If you shared your Kasa account credentials with another person, or their phone, you will need to do one of the following if you wish to revoke their access: 1. Reset your Kasa account password 2. Remove the camera from your Kasa account by factory resetting it, then create a new Kasa account and add the camera to it Please email [email protected] if you have any questions and a support agent will gladly assist you.
