Q: QuestionDoes this camera has a 24/7 capture feature, which essentially works like continously recording? Best buy description says it does, a youtube reviewer says it is missing, while AI search result say it lacks this feature but may be expected to be updated.

• A:Answer You are in luck. I actually have this particular product at my home and can confirm that the feature is there. I don't recall if it was there from the get-go or if it was added later, but as long as you are on the up-to-date firmware, you should have the feature.

For optimal results, the motion sensor should be kept level (e.g., its x-axis when facing the camera), with the camera tilted at about 22 ° downward. For best results, the camera should be mounted 8 ft (2.5 m) above the ground and positioned so that most movement passes through the lens' field of view (rather than directly toward the camera), helping trigger motion detection and AI detection.
