• You have to have a tracfone account fof the phone first. If not, go to tracfone's web site and set one up. They will ask you about your phone's ID numbers. You should have received information about setting this account up on a red card at the bottom the the packaging the phone came in. To add to an existing account, text 611611 and follow instructions and reply as described in a series of following texts. Good luck
