Is this phone locked into Tracfone? null

Tracfone doesn't use its own towers. It uses verizon, t-mobile & At&t's according to them. I was told this particular phone is attached to verizon only when I tried to get it to work on t-mobile. That after weeks waiting for new sim card and getting the general run around from tracfone "tech" advisors I was told about it being only a verizon phone. Not what i wanted to hear. I will be returning it.
