To check comparability between an app and device you can use your Google account in Google play to check. Sign in to your account using your PC. Sink your device with your google account. Then, signed into Google, open Google Play and look for apps for phones. When you find the desired app and click it, Google play will tell you if the app is comparable with any of your devices.

As far your compatibility concerns, I can only say that it was running on my phone but never create it an account to see how it works. Also, keep in mind that I am not familiar with this app. I simply decided to give it a try by installing it and seeing if it runs to simply answer your question. So if your definition of incompatibility is related to not being able to install this app on a device, then I can rest assure you that it is compatible with smartphones using Android version 4.1 & up.
