The TracFone Samsung Galaxy J3 Luna Pro according to the Tracfone website will work in the Fresno, California area.Double minutes only apply to non smart phones such as the old flip phone.If you purchase the new refill cards (labeled for text,minutes,data) they are face value and usually amounts to triple minutes or better for each "talk,texting,and internet use" when compared to the old refill cards.Some cards will let you refill minutes(time) for just "data" or just "text ".All unused "minutes" carry over when you refill. Pay close attention to the allotted amount of time before you have to refill again. I recommend yearly cards because even with no minutes available the phone will not be turned off within that year.
