Go to the website of tracfone, put in your zipcode and a page of cellphones will appear. Plus customer servc. reps can also help using a chat. The luna pro that BB sells will only work with verizon, as it already comes this Verizon sim card installed. Hope this helps.

Please try again later.If you're looking on Tracfone's website, there is a place where you are asked to put in your area code and they will tell you if this phone and their service will work in your area. Just get on the site and look for it, it will be there somewhere. Good hunting, and just fyi, I like both, the phone and the service. I've been with Tracfone for years and save a :LOT of money rather than have a plan. Look into it, you may be surprised.
