• Hi, I bought my Samsung as a part of a Tracfone package and No there were Not mins. included. I went on-line and sighed up for a plan. Hope this helps!!!

• Did not get minutes when I bought the phone itself but I just bought a one-year service card and that came with 450 minutes, 450 texts and I think 1.5 go of data. Not sure about that one. I can tell you that you do NOT get triple minutes but they tell you that when you buy the phone. Hope you like the phone as much as I do. Louis
