When you have your new phone, read the instructions for installing the sim card and write down the numbers on the appropriate booklet that comes with the phone. After installing it and making sure that the phone works, call Safelink and they will walk you through the transfer. I believe that the Luna Pro also has an app that will transfer all your contacts and pics to the phone.
