“If I have a phone that has a number and activied with a number but is broken , does bestbuy activite the new phone with the same number and same service when I buy a new tracphone from their store.”

I'm still struggling to get mine to transfer.. Tracfone's web site is down, their help desk (phone line) is also down. I wish i had chosen a different vendor. I can't even get the website to accept a $20 Tracfone card!
