A:Answer the SIM card inside the phone may be with a different carrier than the prepaid card you activated it with - contact which every prepay company you want to use and they will send you a SIM card that goes with their company. this phone, I noted, is sold/made for - Tracfone, Verizon and AT&T (I think, so you may need a 'kit' for the prepay company, best buy has them for $1, you can order it online and have it shipped to the store, go to the store and pick it up - that way there is no shipping cost to you. or you can go to best buy and have them look into all this and order you a SIM card to the store, but the prepay company's are free, or $1. either way, don't pay the shipping... ;)
