- Answer This item uses Verizon, and I'm pretty sure its not pysically equipped to hande AT&T's setup. Also of note...My local Verizon outlet said Tracfone only used Verizons' antennas and that Verizon did not actually service Tracfone cellphones.They suggested going to one of the big retail outlets for things like activation, such as Target, Sams Club or Best Buy. So when I bought this Tracphone from Best Buy, I also had them set up the activation, etc.

- Answer It does do the triple minutes plan and also the smart phone plans as well. You can also add text only and data only to plans. I was told all plans roll with each other too by a CSR at Tracfone but I have yet to experiece this as we have had phone for 2 weeks. It comes with the charger only.

- Answer You should be able with a USB. Make sure your settings are correct for transferring photos so your phone doesn't think you are just trying to charge it.
