• The answer is yes. You can plug a grounded plug into the unit. Be aware though, many countries do not have a grounded system. They only use two plugs, so in effect, the grounded feature of the US plug is bypassed. Kind of like using a two prong adaptor for a 3 prong plug. Hope this helps.

• It works with US 2-prong or 3-prong adapters. (only one at a time, though.)
