You will report Form 1099-NEC on a Schedule C and the net profit or loss will show on line 8 of your Schedule1 and Form 1040. If you do not have any related expenses to deduct, the Deluxe online version will be good enough. However, if you have expenses, you will need the TT Self-employed online version.
