TurboTax CD/Download products have very similar experiences but provide more or less guidance and help with specific tax scenarios; they include the same forms but offer different guidance for accuracy. TurboTax Premier is focused on providing guidance for stock, employee stock, bonds or mutual funds, owning rental property, or being a trust beneficiary as well as including everything in Deluxe. TurboTax Deluxe is better suited if you own a home, have charitable donations, and have high medical expenses.
