“I must do a 2nd state return because I work in a state where I don't live. I WON'T EFILE THE 2ND RETURN. Is there additional charge to just generate the 2nd return if I'm not using efile? I'm using Premier.”

TurboTax Premier 2023 Federal + E-file & State includes 5 Federal e-files and 1 State return via download. Additional state downloads will cost an additional fee. State e-file is sold separately. Depending on the state you live in, there may not be an e-file fee. To avoid an e-filing fee, you have the option to print and mail your return.
