Excellent Product. Interview makes filing your taxes very straightforward. Highly recommend this product for anyone who files their own taxes.

I bought TT at BB because I wanted it on a CD. New packaging is great and saves material and even substitutes paper for non-biodegradable plastic. Stay with your customers BB. I know all the snipping remarks about Turbo Tax; however, after 10 years of using it, I know all the kinks and tricks. It takes me 8hrs to do two returns. CPA would charge me upwards of $640. I like it and I got paid $80/hr. NOT TOO BAD!!!

I've used Turbotax premier for years. It handles all my requirements, including dividend and interest income, and tax credit related to health insurance marketplace premium payments. Being able to import tax forms from major financial instituions is an incredibly useful feature. Last year I wound up owing nothing in federal taxes, with all quarterly payments and a portion of our health insurance premiums being refunded. The 0 tax answer made me nervous so I went through the calculation and worksheets manually, getting exactly the same result that Turbotax came up with. It was very helpful to be able to see the intermediate worksheet results from Turbotax.

Easy to use and provides accurate results. Tax data from previous years are easy to download. Downloading data from banks and investment company is easy.

TURBO TAX REALLY, Really let really let me down this year. I was charged an e-filling fee for the state return and the fee is included for filling the federal return. No where was there a caveat, warning, disclosure and any hint that there is a required IP PIP number required if you have EVER had a tax return fraudulently filed by someone else using your SS number. The process of obtaining this number is very laborious and takes a great deal of time. I was forced to file a paper return and TURBOTAX hasn't even given me the courtesy of a reply when I requested a refund of the two filing fees which I was unable to use. This error on the part of TURBOTAx makes me question how many other oversights are contained in the service!

Turbo tax takes me through all the complicated items of my filing. They have resources available for some complicated issues for an additional fee. The price is reasonable. I'm still finishing 2023 filing and need some remote help, so will sign up for this.

I have been using TurboTax for 20+ years. In the early 2000's it was almost perfect. Then, every year, they "improve" it in ways that make it harder to use. For example, this year, I am puzzled by this new message, which I haven't seen past years. "How do you plan to submit your 1099-B to IRS" and "mailing instructions". As you can see, in the screenshots, it is a very simple (mock) transaction. Why mail it? Maybe because I submit a summary rather than an itemized list? I always submitted a summary, matching my 1099B exactly. TT offers no explanation. Last time I mailed something to IRS was back in the days of paper and pencil.

TurboTax is easy to use and offers a lot of helpful explanations. It also eliminates the need for a lot of data entry by downloading financial information from banks and financial firms.

Had trouble with form 1099b due to cash in lieu on a barter exchange. Form doesn't specify cost basis and type of gain or much else for that matter and premier Turbo Tax was a chore to get through on that one item. Otherwise it was smooth sailing.

Easy to use. Price is worth it even though I only used it for 3 filings (5 available).

This is an easy to use, inexpensive product. Short money compared to paying a tax accountant.

Bought a copy of TurboTax Premier for 2023 tax year. I have not received all the tax documents yet. I have had excellent results for the last seven years of filing going back to 2009. There would be no difference for this years in terms of ease of use: porting of prior year for filing, auto software updates, step by step walk thru. Overall very pleased with intuit turbo tax products

Always a great value. Easy tr a nsfer of prior year data to the current year gets you off to an easy start. Prior year dsta prompt you to deal with recurring matters. Review checks ensure all nessary steps have been addressed. Electronic filing is by far the very best option for filing the completed rrturn.

I complain every year about the cost of this product but I can’t kick the habit of using it. It just works. One time i purchased Taxact but gave up with that and threw it in the trash. Turbotax is the best out there sadly.

First time doing my own taxes. This made it so much easier and without the stress of possibly making a mistake and get audited. Will definitely be doing the same thing next year. Only then, I’ll try to buy it when it’s discounted.
