The Stealth is made to be lighter. It also uses virtual surround sound as opposed to actual 5.1/7.1 Dolby. It provides depth and location to the noises in your headset but isn't true surround sound like some of the premium head cans ($225+). If you are on a budget and are looking for a decent headset, the Stealth 500P is a good deal. Very happy with mine.

Please try again later.If your asking what's the difference between the TB stealth 500s and the Elite 800s,i believe the main differences are that the elite 800s are fully Bluetooth enabled and there's a stand I think for charging. I think most everything else is the same. I would've loved going for elite 800 myself but couldn't rationalize the near $200 extra for them over the stealth 500 I ended up getting. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well a premium gaming headset like a pair of Astros provide much better overall sound with thunderous bass and clear audio. Also the Astros or the premium TB headset are far more durable. I owed the TB 500p headset for about 7 months then the cheap plastic frame broke on the left earpiece. With that said the headset sounds good not great but the plastic that they are made out of is cheap and in my experience with them they will not last more than a year or two if you're lucky.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure what you refer here as Premium headset if its elite 800 then you miss noise cancelling headset in 500p. Also, the charging stand and other goodies. Comfort and leather on the earcups is really premium in 800
