It has the charging cable with it, which you charge via a usb port.

I know this is a move Turtle Beach made some time ago. I am not sure if the battery can be switched out or replaced over time, if the charging life diminishes to a point that is not tolerable.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No it doesn't. As a matter of fact, it doesn't come with any type of cradle. The way charge them is to connect them to a USB source (Xbox One, Compueter, etc) but you would just have to lay them down somewhere. Sucks I think.
