I had nothing wrong with mine, it's a refurb meaning that they may have been sent back to company to be repaired.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought this a week ago and it looks to me like the headset is brand new and not touched i dont know if it was just open box or what but my headset works perfectly fine its worth buying the refurbished version
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.These were in such perfect condition! Beautiful headset but...TurtleBeach is kind of conning people out of money. If you buy these you dont get the surround sound. You have to buy a piece that cost $150 just to get surround sound. had to return them unfortunately because I cant afford $300 basically for a headset. Beautiful job from Best Buy though
