A: I had nothing wrong with mine, it's a refurb meaning that they may have been sent back to company to be repaired.

A: this headset doesn't come with a mixer, and never did,, but it does come with all the accessories.
Q: Do refurbished items carry a manufacturers warranty e.g. Turtle Beach?
A: i dont believe so, but you can get the geek squad warranty. which would fixed or they will replace if they cant fix it.
Q: Do the headphones work good? Because it's weird that it's 70 but the regular price is 200?
A: I bought this refurbished headset and am impressed. Headset was in perfect condition, in fact the box was original and intact. Definitely recommend getting this.
