• I bought this refurbished headset and am impressed. Headset was in perfect condition, in fact the box was original and intact. Definitely recommend getting this.

• Works amazing so far for me had them for 2 weeks or so . There also is a geek squad protection if you have issues read up on that if you are interested .

• No they don't. They will arrive broken and Best Buy or geek squad will make it near impossible to repair them even if you buy the 2 year warranty like i did.
