“Will the sound come from the TV too? Because i only want the sound to come through the headset”

• no when you plug it in the sound only goes through the headset but i think there is a option in the setting of your xbox one to make it come out of the tv and headset if you want but automatically everytime you plug in the headset it only goes thru the headset

• I have my Xbox routed thru my home theater system. I have to mute this when using the headset. Otherwise, the game sounds will be played over the speakers.

• yes sound still comes from the TV as this gets the signal from controller. So you will need to just turn TV down to 0
