• A:Answer Yes. 1 year and 5 months it started getting fuzzy then completely stopped working. They wont replace the microphone or the headset because its after the year warrenty. Now ive learned they discontinued the microphone.

Q: Question1. Dose the base station have to be plugged into the xbox or can it sit about 10 feet away plugged into a usb power adapter? 2. Does the base switch have to be in PC Mode to work with a PC, or can it connect via bluetooth?

The headset's transmitter/battery charging station would need to be connected directly to a USB port on your console via its USB cable and switched to the appropriate mode in order to function properly. The headset's transmitter/battery charging station can also be used on a PC when switched to PC mode. When in PC mode, the headset's transmitter would need to be connected directly to your PC via its USB cable. However, you can also use the headset on a PC using its separate Bluetooth connectivity if your PC supports Bluetooth audio devices.

Q: Questiondont get it, the XBOX version, it has a XBOX and PC mode right, PC mode is used for PC and PS5. So why does the playstation version have PC and playstation mode and not just a single mode ? the PC mode will not work on PC and vice versa ? weird

The mode selection on each variation of the Stealth Pro Headset will differ, partly due to their interactions with the consoles behind the scenes and engineering requirements. The Stealth Pro for PlayStation can be used with a variety of platforms, via a connection with the transmitter or via a Bluetooth connection. Please note that when the headset is used with the transmitter, the transmitter itself must be in the proper mode for the platform it is being used with -- if the headset and transmitter is being used with a PlayStation or docked Nintendo Switch console, the transmitter would need to be set to PS mode. If the headset and transmitter are being used with a PC or Mac computer, the transmitter would need to be set to PC Mode.
