QuestionWhat is the difference between the pro and the Stealth 700 Gen 2, aside from price? Is the pro worth the massive price increase?

- Answer I have both, and I dont use the 700s anymore. Id say the biggest difference you'll notice build quality and the dongle/hub thing with the Stealth Pros, which elimated issues with crackling and cutting out in my case. That was horrible with my 700s. Im not a big audio guy, so I dont notice a big difference sound quality wise until you factor in the noise isolation and ANC, which definitely improves the experience. I dont regret buying the Stealths Pros and retiring my 700s after I finished grieving the loss of 329 dollars in exchange for a headset.

QuestionHow do I factory reset these? audio hub v2 will not find this headset so I'm unable to use any of the features, the app itself will not find them even reset uninstall everythin both connected to PC and work but app won't find the headset...

- Answer Physically hook your stealth pro headset to the transmitter Via USB cable and there is a pinhole in the transmitter. Press and hold that with a small pin. Make sure the headset itself is powered on.

QuestionMy husband seems to always snap the plastic and it breaks are these hard to snap

- Answer Well that's hard to say they are made of a durable tested flexible hard plastic I have one and never snapped it once over the months I've had its universal fit should always remove headsets with both hands separate and lift slightly I see a lot of people tear it off one ear and that's how they naturally will break but they are very nice and comfortable with noise cancelling features and volume adjusting and Bluetooth to other devices with a battery charging dock and removable mic that turns on and off flipping it up or down the material is very comfortable and keeps you from sweating at least it has for me no nasty feeling after playing awhile but never hurts to wipe the head set down with some low grade alcohol never use pledge it'll leave a greasy feeling hope this helps.
