QuestionJanuary 15, 2018 the airlines have changed their policies with respect to Portable chargers. Will this model be ok to travel with? I am not sure what the 10000 mAh means? Thank you!

- Answer I fly with this pack all the time, so you can travel but it has to be in your carry on. 10000 mAh is the amount of power the pack can hold. It is basically the size of the gas tank. 10000 mAh is the same as 10 Ah. If your device uses 1Amp per hour this pack will run it for 10 hours.

- Answer The paperwork that came with my pocket juice says it can take up to 10 hours to fully charge. I usually plug mine in overnight when needed.

QuestionMy sister gave me a pocket juice endurance. The first time I used it either my granddaughter or I lost the micro cable to charge the pocket juice I want to replace with proper cord but can't seem to find one. Thanks
