QuestionMy Tzumi pocket juice charger shuts off in 2 minutes before fully charging my Tzumi earphones. The only way to charge them is with a wall charger. What's wrong with the Pocket Juice unit here? Is there a way to convince the pocket juice to finish the job?

QuestionBattery turns off before device being charged is fully charged. Any solution? I just turn the battery back on and it continues charging, but that sometimes is not convenient.

- Answer YES, you can plug in and charge while equipment is ON. You can even charge while equipment is charging.

- Answer Yes. I have the same issue. It worked fine for the first month. Then 2 lights will come on, the 3rd blinks, but never stops blinking. The 4th light doesn't come on at all after is has been charging all night. When I unplug it from the outlet, only 2 lights stay lit. The receipt said I could return up to 15 days at Best Buy. Is there anything I can do with this product after the 15 days?
