QuestionAny one else have trouble party up two hyperboom together? And does anyone else have issue after pairing up to hyper booms mine cut out and then completely stop playing any sound from both speakers .... wondering if it a app issue

- Answer I have been having this same issue. The two speakers in party up mode can be 10 ft apart within line of sight and still the receiving speaker crackles and drops out or distorts sound constantly. It’s incredibly disappointing. I have switched which speaker is the primary Bluetooth device and the issue persisted. Seems it is a very weak signal emitted by these speakers. They do not perform anywhere near what advertised.

- Answer No. Wonderboom will only pair with wonderboom. To pair boom megaboom and Hyperboom is possible in any combination. I have this paired with 2 megaboom.

- Answer Hello, the Hyperboom has a battery life of 24 hours at 50% volume. At 75%, it we couldn't give you an exact answer. It would vary on multiple factors, but to keep an eye out on the battery level, you can can press the + and - buttons at the same time to get a live reading of the battery level. - Answer Not sure if it can be shipped to Italy but if it can you will be happy with your purchase in the marketplace this would be perfect everybody within 300 ft would hear whatever you're playing at full blast. Standing right next to it at 100% power is uncomfortable The base is so crisp and clear the highs are perfect in the mids are perfect I have nothing bad to say about this speaker Best speaker I've ever owned.

- Answer Hey! Pairing two UE Hyperbooms won't create true stereo. You can get a wider sound with "PartyUp" mode in the UE Boom app, which plays the same audio on both speakers simultaneously, or by placing them strategically.

- Answer Hello Rachel! Please note that not all Smart TVs will accept an external Bluetooth speakers to connect your TV sound to. If your TV does allow for this type of pairing, then it should be as simple as connecting the HYPERBOOM Portable Bluetooth Waterproof Speaker with Big Bass to any devices. To do so, put the HYPERBOOM in pairing mode on one of the 2 entries at the top (hold down Bluetooth 1 or 2 for a few seconds till the light flashes rapidly), and then select the HYPERBOOM on the list of devices appearing on your TV. If this does not work, the other possibility would be to connect the speaker to your TV via the optical connection, using an optical cable. - Mathieu from Logitech
