“Will this TV act as an extension monitor of my laptop? Will this TV act as an extension monitor of my laptop, AKA Chromecast? Not really sure what ROKU is but it looks like a paid service. Any help would be appreciated”

• Roku is not a service, you can see roku as a cable service that you can add streaming chamnels to, netflix hulu ect...and yes you can connect your laptop via HDMI

• You get the Roku for free. You can purchase premium channels but since there are so many free you really don't need to. I don't use Chrome cast but my friend does and it works fine on this tv.
