• It shouldn't. Roku is just one of many features of this TV that can be utilized when needed or wanted. I also have Dish and consider my new Roku TV set a new welcome addition to my overall TV enjoyment.

• Only deal is u have to have the insignia remote to get in satellite. The direct tv remote only turns it on.

• No, you will be able to move freely from dish channels to Hulu, Netflix, etc. without problems.

• There shouldn't be any problem with that a Roku tv is just like a smart tv and will have a setting to help you switch to your dish network

• Hey, as far as I know you should not have a problem if you hook things into the right ports. If all else fails I recommend youtube because I am sure someone else has asked the same question you are asking.
